So I ordered my wig (cosplay.com was having a huge sale and I got a really long black wig cheap!) and I’m about to go look at fabrics. I think the hardest part on this is going to counteract the “flat skirt syndrome” I’ve seen on a lot of cosplays of this? In the movie her skirt is really bouncy and floaty and feminine… so… I’m thinking tulle underskirt? Something like that…
what about horsehair in the hems to give it that floaty, wavy edge too? i’m not sure of that myself, but i think it might worth experimenting with unless you know how to do lettuce edging… which i’ve never been able to figure out.
